SwapTitan ("we", "us", "our") operates the website swaptitan.net and terafabpay.de. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Who We Are

SwapTitan is a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange aggregator. We do not hold, store, or custody user funds at any time. Our platform facilitates peer-to-peer and aggregated crypto swaps without requiring user accounts.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our service:

Wallet addresses — destination addresses you enter to receive funds (required to execute a swap)
Transaction IDs — publicly visible on the blockchain; used for order tracking
IP addresses — logged temporarily by our server and Cloudflare CDN for security and rate limiting (retained max. 7 days)
Browser/device info — standard HTTP headers for compatibility (not stored)
Chat messages — if you use our AI chat feature, messages are forwarded to xAI (Grok) and are not stored on our servers

We do not collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, or payment card data.

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

ChangeNOW (changenow.io) — crypto swap execution. ChangeNOW may collect wallet addresses and IP for compliance. See ChangeNOW Privacy Policy.
MoonPay (moonpay.com) — fiat on-ramp widget. MoonPay performs KYC/AML on their own platform. We do not receive or store any identity data. See MoonPay Privacy Policy.
Jupiter (jup.ag) — Solana DEX aggregator embedded on /memes. Operates client-side in your browser.
Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, bot filtering. See Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
xAI / Grok — AI chat assistant. Chat messages are processed by xAI. We do not store chat history. See xAI Privacy Policy.
NowNodes — blockchain RPC infrastructure. Used server-side only; no user data is forwarded.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We do not use tracking cookies. Our website uses browser localStorage for:

Language preference (EN/DE)
TitanWallet keys — stored locally in your browser only, never transmitted to our servers
UI state (e.g. last selected swap pair)

Third-party widgets (MoonPay, ChangeNOW) may set their own cookies within their iframes. We do not control these.

5. How We Use Your Data

To process and track cryptocurrency swaps
To protect against bots and abuse (Cloudflare bot guard)
To improve service reliability (server logs, 7-day retention)
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers

6. Data Retention

Server access logs: 7 days, then auto-deleted
Swap order data: Wallet addresses are forwarded to swap providers (ChangeNOW) and not stored on our servers
Chat messages: Not stored — forwarded in real-time to xAI and discarded

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

Access data we hold about you
Request deletion of your data
Object to processing of your data
Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

Since we collect minimal data and do not maintain user accounts, most requests can be fulfilled by contacting us at restartt@gmx.de.

8. Security

We use TLS/HTTPS for all connections, Cloudflare DDoS protection, and do not store sensitive financial data on our servers. TitanWallet private keys never leave your browser.

9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of SwapTitan constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
